After having worked 20 years as a manager, I am now changing course by opening my practice of holistic therapies.

As I approached forty, I aspired to something else: Helping others to be better in their lives.

My path to the wellness professions took me a few years. Various exchanges as well as great meetings allowed me to better understand myself and to bring me to the practice of different techniques that I offer you for some within my office.

With my work of introspection and healing which allowed me to evolve and to feel in harmony with the person that I really am, I needed to push my experience further. So I chose to initiate myself to the energy of Reïki Usui at first, then to other energies such as the Violet Flame, the LaHoChi or the Golden Triangle D'Isis.

I also chose to train in Ericksonian Hypnosis, the Enneagram and EFT in order to be able to complete my therapist toolbox and have training in understanding the human psyche.

For those who will give me their trust, I propose to initiate LaHoChi Healing Energy.

I also designed a workshop for those who would like to start a journey in personal development and spirituality. . I put this workshop in shape as I would have liked it to be offered to me, when all this work of research and self-understanding took place in my life.
